1 scope
For all contracts of Kondom Fachversand with consumers ( § 13 BGB) , made ??through our online store www.kondom -versand.de , these Terms and Conditions ( GTC) .
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can not be attributed neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity .

With this e -mail confirmation of the purchase contract has been concluded . 4 Returns

Delivery is made within Germany via DHL shipping costs for a fixed price € 3.99 . When shipping to the rest of the shipping transport costs based on the weight of the order and will be displayed during the order process in the WebShop .

12 Notice under battery legislation
Since in our programs batteries and accumulators can be included, we are after the battery law ( BattG ) obliged to draw your attention to the following : Batteries and accumulators should not be disposed of with household waste but you are legally obliged to return used batteries and accumulators. Batteries may contain harmful substances that can harm the environment or your health if improperly stored or disposed of . Batteries also contain important raw materials such as Iron , zinc, manganese or nickel and can be recycled . You can change the batteries after use either return to us or in the immediate vicinity (eg in trade or municipal collection points or in our warehouse ) is returned unpaid.
The delivery in outlets is limited to end-users for the usual quantities and those batteries , which the distributor as new batteries in his range or has resulted .
